What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices on our store are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

When will my order ship?

We process and ship all orders within 24 hours.
Delivery across Australia typically takes 3–7 business days.
Tracking numbers are updated within 2 days after dispatch.

If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 business days, please contact us at Support@trego.com.au.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to assist.

Can I return my order? What if there’s an issue?

Absolutely! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product arrives damaged or defective.
You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received.
Please include your name and order number inside the return package.
If your item is still in transit, please wait for delivery before initiating a return.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order before it ships with no penalty.
If it has already been dispatched, you can still use our return process for a full refund.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

If you entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible.
You can also contact us within 24 hours at Support@trego.com.au, and we’ll do our best to update it.
Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued after 24 hours for incorrect address submissions.

How long does shipping take?

We ship most of our items from our Australian warehouse. Shipping times depend on your location. On average, you can expect your order to arrive in 3–7 business days.
We ship exclusively within Australia.
